Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return your ordered items. You have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. This return period starts on the day you receive the item. The product must be returned within this period.
What are the return conditions?
Feel free to view and try the product. This means that you may set up a tripod and view it, but you may not test with a laser in, for example, a construction site or in a factory. The product must be returned unused. The return conditions are as follows:
- The return conditions take effect when you receive the entire order.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The product is undamaged and unused.
- The item is in the original packaging.
How do I return an item?

Send us an e-mail with the order number. State which items you wish to return. We will then send you the return form with further instructions.
Do I have to pay when returning?
Yes, you pay the return costs for the shipment. If you have paid delivery costs, we will refund these to you. Provided you return the entire shipment.

Note: when returning, always state the order number! This in connection with refunding your return. But first you have to register your return with us by e-mail.
How quickly is a return processed?
Usually this is within 5 working days after we have received your package. We will keep you informed by e-mail. Once your return has been processed, we will refund you.
How soon will I be refunded after returning?
As soon as we have received the product and have established that the product meets the return conditions, we will refund you. We have processed most returns within 5 working days after we have received your return.
If you return the entire order and the delivery costs were free for you, you must pay it back. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
It is not possible to exchange an item. You can, however, return your item. If the item meets the return conditions, we will refund you. You can then order the item you prefer.
Can I cancel an order?
Provided we have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel your order. You can e-mail us your cancellation request. State the order number in the message.
How soon will I be refunded after cancelling?
We will refund you immediately once we have processed the cancellation.
