Information about the order, delivery and shipment.

Free Shipping

Orders from €150 excl. VAT are shipped for free within Europe*.
Orders from €350 excl. VAT receive a 50% discount on the shipping costs (max. €100) outside Europe.

Order

How do I order something from TripodStore?

This is easy according to these 5 steps:

  • Place an item in your shopping cart and go to your shopping cart.
  • Check your order and click on ‘Proceed to checkout.
  • Fill in the billing information and choose your shipment.
  • Click on ‘place order”.
  • Complete your order by paying.

Once your order has been completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Tip:

  • Create a free account. This way you always have your order confirmation and order history at hand.
  • If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one when ordering. Our employees cannot place an order for you by telephone.
  • Do you want to place an order for larger quantities?Request a quote.

Do I pay VAT on my order?

Countries that are members of the European Union pay the VAT applicable to their country. Companies that enter a valid VAT number when filling in the invoice information also do not have to pay VAT.

Countries that are not members of the European Union pay 0% VAT, but will have to deal with customs clearance costs and import duties afterwards. They are automatically notified via the carrier (UPS or TNT).

Tip! Select your country at the top of our page to see the correct prices that apply to you when shopping. When entering the billing information, you always see the correct prices. Is your country not listed? Then select ‘Other countries’.

Was my order successful, because I have not received an order confirmation?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation may have ended up in your spam box. If you have still not received an order confirmation after 30 minutes and there is nothing in your account, please contact us.

Can I still change an order that has already been placed?

No, to protect your data it is not possible to adjust your order online. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact us so that we can look at the possibilities together.

What can I do if I accidentally ordered an item multiple times?

To make changes to your order, please contact us. We can look at the options, provided your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you can return the item you ordered too much. Returns are always at your own expense.

Delivery

When do I receive my order?

We do everything we can to meet the promised delivery time. In the unlikely event that this does not work, we will inform you. As soon as your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code by e-mail. Keep an eye on your Track&Trace for the most up-to-date information.

Didn't receive everything?

We aim to ship the entire order in one go. If this does not work, you will receive an e-mail from us in advance. If you have not received everything, we ask you to contact us.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped to you within 3 working days. If this does not work, we will inform you. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your order and see when you can expect your item.

Who will deliver my order?

We mainly ship our products with UPS and TNT.

How much are the shipping costs?

When placing your order, the shipping costs will be displayed as soon as you have fully entered the billing information. Orders above €150 excl. VAT are shipped free of charge within Europe*.

Orders from €350 excl. VAT are shipped outside Europe with a 50% discount on shipping costs (with a maximum of €100).

NB! For countries that are not a member of the European Union, 0% VAT is charged in the webshop, but can subsequently be faced with additional costs such as customs clearance costs & import duties. We send our packages DAP (Deliverd At Place) Incoterms.

Are there any other additional costs? (DAP Incoterms)

We send all our shipments DAP (Deliverd At Place) Incoterms. This means that there are additional costs for countries that are not a member of the European Union. They pay 0% VAT in the webshop, but afterwards they have to deal with customs clearance costs and import duties. They are automatically notified via the carrier (UPS or TNT).

Countries that are EU member states must pay VAT on their purchase. This is automatically calculated in the webshop. There are no additional costs for these countries.

Will my order be delivered in one go?

Yes, we strive for ecological impact and reduction in shipping costs for the customer, to send everything as much as possible in 1 x. If this does not work, you will receive a message from us in advance. If not every item in your order can be delivered as quickly, we will send the other item to you free of charge by means of a separate shipment.
